Honey grew up performing in theatre and dance shows and at 16 years old was delivering papers around the stages at Pinewood Shepperton Studios....... after going on the incredible sets watching closely those performing on screen it wasn’t long before Honey had caught the screen acting bug - enjoying most the intimacy, subtlety and delicacy of screen acting.

Being also hugely passionate about dance Honey trained at Studio 68 and Pineapple in a wide variety of styles from Ballet to Hip Hop, Commercial to Street dance which lead on to her appearing in music videos for artists such as Olly Murs, Aggro Santos, Wretch 32, Griminal, Rebecca Ferguson. Honey then also began presenting on Live on a Sky TV along side her acting and on red carpets at film premieres and for commercials for brands such as Hula Hoops & KFC.

After graduating Honey gained her first role in UK low budget feature film 'Cute Little Buggers' playing Phillis - a glamourous, feisty & kick ass female, Honey was then cast as lead character in pilot TV series 'Meadowlark' playing free spirited teenager and rebellious Kathy Baker, Contact in short film 'Kill Mode' (Bond M type character) and as devious, intelligent money loving Miss Constance in Sherlock Holmes You Tube series 'No Place Like Holmes'.

​Honey played lead roles in short films First Dates (Romantic Comedy), The Clumsy Pursuit (Romantic Comedy), Scripted (Action), Rewind (Drama), A Night In London (Romantic Drama) and Alternation (Sci Fi), Britains Got Superheros (Action) and many other short films. Honey then worked on more low budget feature films playing lead Ann 'Her Father Is Trouble' (Action/Drama), Kirsty a ballet student in feature film 'The Forbidden Note' (Drama), Damsel in musical feature film 'C'Mon Everybody, Lucy in comedy 'Knock Knock', Miss Benson in feature film 'Archie' (Drama), Red Riding Hood in 'Crying Wolf', Natalie in 'Apocalypse', Lead Pip in 'Bad Moon Rising' & Lead Angel in musical feature film 'Girl Force'.

​Honey then appeared in TV series Eastenders, Stan Lee's Lucky Man 2 and was stand in on feature films Rogue One, Justice League, Dr.Strange before working as key stand in and body double on Jurassic World films (2 & 3). This transitioned to her working closely with Bryce Dallas Howard on Argylle & Deep Cover (Oct 2024 release) as key stand in.
